Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the most common questions about the platform, channels, data security and applications.

General

  • What is AdSport?

AdSport is an AI-assisted advertising and media platform being built to bring media planning, digital advertising, influencers, a publisher network and traditional media together around one brief and one budget. It is designed for brands that advertise in Türkiye and is opening in phases.

  • What can I use in the platform today?

Opening an account and organization, multiple brand profiles, team invitations and roles, two-factor authentication, the emergency stop button and the Integrations page, which shows each ad provider’s real status, are live. Ad account connections, media plan recommendations and unified analytics are on the roadmap.

  • Are the dashboard images on the site real?

No. The dashboard views, budget allocations and figures on the site are marked as “sample view”; they are not real customer data or a performance commitment. They were prepared to explain how the product is planned to work. To see the live interface, you can open an account or request a demo.

  • Is AdSport an advertising agency?

No, AdSport is a software platform. It gives advertisers and agencies tools to prepare, approve and monitor their own plans. Agencies can also use the platform for their clients; some agency-specific features are on the roadmap. Details are on the Agencies page.

Planning and channels

  • Does it only manage Google and Meta ads?

No. Digital channels are the starting point; local publishers, influencers and traditional channels such as radio, print, outdoor, transit and DOOH are being designed to be part of the same media plan. Channels that have not opened yet are clearly marked on the site and in the platform; you can see each channel’s status on the Channels page.

  • Does the brief box on the home page create a plan?

No. The text you type into the box is carried over to the sign-up screen. Generating a media plan recommendation from a brief is on the roadmap; once it opens, the plan will be prepared in the platform after you create your account and will not be final until you approve it. Your brief text is not lost during sign-up. Today, you can start by setting up your brands and team in your account.

  • Can I connect my ad accounts?

Not yet. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising and Yandex connections are on the roadmap, as are Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. The Integrations page in the platform shows each provider’s current status and is updated there as connections open.

  • Can I book radio, outdoor or newspaper ads?

These channels are on the roadmap. Radio, print, outdoor, transit and DOOH placements will open together with media partners; there is currently no inventory or price list in the platform. If you are a media company, you can write to us about a partnership through the contact form. Inventory and prices will be set together with partners.

Budget and control

  • Can the AI increase my budget on its own?

No. By design, the AI only makes recommendations; it cannot exceed your daily and monthly caps, and every change above your approval threshold waits for your approval. The budget rules engine is on the roadmap; the emergency stop button, however, is live in the dashboard today. Who can change the rules will also be limited by roles.

  • Will ad spend be paid through AdSport?

Since ad account connections and channel buying are not open yet, no ad spend runs through the platform. The payment and invoicing setup for digital, traditional and publisher network channels will be settled as each channel opens and announced separately. An account opened today does not create any ad spend.

  • How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on your needs and the channels you use; we do not publish a fixed price list on the site. For details, you can request a demo or open an account to explore the parts that are live today. In a demo call, we can discuss the setup that fits your needs together. This page will be updated as pricing is finalized.

  • How do I stop live campaigns?

The dashboard has an emergency stop button. Once ad account connections open, this button will be used to stop delivery across all connected channels in one step. Pausing by channel will come with the launch features. Team roles determine who can carry out a stop.

Data and security

  • How is my data protected?

Each organization’s data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication and passwords found in breaches are not accepted. Once ad account connections open, access keys will be stored encrypted. Details are on the Security page. Team members’ access is also limited by roles.

  • How do I exercise my rights under KVKK?

The KVKK privacy notice explains for what purposes your personal data is processed under Türkiye’s personal data protection law and how you can exercise your rights. The text version and time of the explicit consent you give in forms are recorded. You can use the contact form for your requests. The privacy notice also explains through which channel requests can be made.

  • Does AdSport guarantee that my ads comply with regulations?

No. The advertising regulation check engine is on the roadmap and, once it opens, is planned to produce warnings for risky wording; however, these warnings are not legal advice. The advertiser bears final responsibility for the regulatory compliance of content. In sensitive industries such as healthcare, we recommend working with your legal counsel.

Publishers and creators

  • How can I join as a publisher?

Fill in the application form on the Become a Publisher page. The publisher network is on the roadmap; your application is recorded as a pre-registration. Embed code, ad placement, SDK and API options will become available when the network opens, and those who pre-registered will be contacted first. Pre-registration does not create any obligation.

  • How can I take part as an influencer or creator?

You can fill in the creator pre-registration form on the Influencer page. The task flow, made up of offer, acceptance, content upload, brand approval, publication check and payment steps, is on the roadmap; those who pre-registered will be notified when it opens. Ad disclosure in collaborations is being designed as part of the flow.
