These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the AdSport platform (the "Platform") provided by [COMPANY NAME] (the "Company"). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Service

The Platform is a multi-tenant software service that provides tools for advertising planning, AI-assisted recommendations and creative production, campaign management and reporting.

AI outputs are recommendations. Budget, launch and content decisions are applied with your approval; final responsibility lies with the account holder.

2. Account and security

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and verify your email address.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all actions taken through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and notify us.

The person who creates the account declares that they are authorized to act on behalf of the company/brand for which they open a workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to create or publish content that violates applicable law, advertising platform policies or the rights of third parties.

Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security, to create excessive load with automated tools or to access other tenants' data is prohibited.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain the rights to the content you upload to the Platform and permit it to be processed to the extent necessary to provide the service.

The Platform software, brand and interface belong to the Company.

5. Fees

Paid plans and credit usage are subject to separately published prices. For paid actions, the cost is shown before the action is carried out.

6. Limitation of liability

The Company is not responsible for outages or decisions of third-party advertising platforms and AI providers. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP].

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. In the event of a breach of these terms, the Company may suspend or close the account.

8. Governing law
