Your data, isolated. Decisions, with your approval.

Ad budgets and customer data are sensitive. We treat account security, data isolation and regulatory compliance as a core part of the product, not something added later.

AdSport is a platform that will access an advertiser’s budget, brand assets and, in the future, ad accounts. That is why we started on security before the advertising features: authentication, role-based access, data isolation between organizations and the emergency stop are live today. Access to ad accounts will open as a separate phase once this foundation is in place.

Below, each measure is marked as live or on the roadmap. We do not say a capability that has not opened yet is “protected”; we explain how it will be protected once it opens. If you would like to report a security vulnerability, you can use the contact form.

Account and access

  • Two-factor authentication

Accounts can be protected with one-time codes generated by an authenticator app (TOTP). A stolen password alone is not enough to access the account. We recommend enabling it, especially for users with budget and team permissions.

    Live
  • Breached password rejection

Passwords found in known data breaches are not accepted at sign-up or when changing a password. This prevents a password compromised on another service from being reused for an AdSport account.

    Live
  • Roles and team invitations

Team members are added by invitation, and each member is given permissions that fit their role. The organization administrator decides who can see and change what.

    Live
  • Emergency stop

The dashboard has an emergency stop button. Once ad account connections open, it will be used to stop delivery across all channels in one step.

    Live

Data and privacy

  • Row-level data isolation

Each organization’s data is separated at the database level by row-level security rules. A user from one organization cannot reach another organization’s records, not even at query level.

    Live
  • KVKK privacy notice and consent records

The privacy notice required under KVKK, Türkiye’s personal data protection law, is published; when explicit consent is given, the version of the approved text and the time are recorded. When the text changes, you can trace which version was approved.

    Live
  • Data minimization in forms

To prevent abuse of the site’s forms, we store a daily salted hash of the IP address rather than the address itself. The information collected is limited to responding to your request.

    Live
  • Encryption of ad account keys

Ad account connections are not open yet. Once they open, access keys will be stored encrypted in the database and used only on behalf of the organization concerned.

    Roadmap

Advertising and regulation

  • Regulatory check engine

A check step is planned that will flag creative and campaign drafts before launch on topics such as the influencer guidelines and healthcare and finance advertising rules.

    Roadmap
  • Budget rules

A budget rules engine that sets daily and monthly caps, a maximum change rate and an approval threshold is on the roadmap; recommendations will not be able to go beyond these limits.

    Roadmap
  • Integration status transparency

The Integrations page shows each provider’s real status. A connection that does not work is not presented as working. Capabilities that await approval or do not exist yet are shown clearly with that status.

Our approach to advertising rules in Türkiye

In Türkiye, commercial advertising is governed by Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices; oversight lies with the Advertising Board within the Ministry of Trade. For collaborations with social media influencers, the Ministry’s guidelines expect content to be clearly identified as advertising (for example with the #reklam or #işbirliği tags, Turkish for “advertisement” and “collaboration”).

In healthcare, promotion by physicians and private healthcare providers is strictly limited by Ministry of Health regulations and professional rules. Misleading or guarantee-giving claims, patient testimonials, before-and-after images and an emphasis on price carry serious risk. Categories such as finance, alcohol and tobacco are subject to additional restrictions; the processing of personal data is subject to KVKK, Türkiye’s personal data protection law.

AdSport takes these rules into account in product design and is developing checks that will produce warnings in the future; however, this page and the warnings in the platform are not legal advice. The advertiser bears final responsibility for the regulatory compliance of ad content; in sensitive industries, we recommend working with your legal counsel.
